The incident happened around 3 a.m. Saturday at the facility on College Point Boulevard, police said.
The alleged suspects splattered red paint on the sidewalks and on the walls of the building, according to police and multiple media reports.

An American flag was left discarded outside the building and a rope was left hanging from the front of the building, police said.
