Power Outage Disrupts Multiple NYC Subway Lines For 2nd Time This Week: MTA
On Tuesday, subway riders experienced a similar problem, with at least seven subway lines being affected for most of the day.

NEW YORK CITY — Multiple subway lines are suspended, and other lines are experiencing severe disruptions for the second time this week on Thursday after a power outage near the West Fourth Street station in Manhattan.
As of 10 a.m., B and C train service was suspended, while parts of the D and M line were suspended as well.
F, N and Q trains are being rerouted, the MTA said.

The E, 6, G and R are also experiencing delays Thursday morning. E trains are skipping the Spring and 23rd street stations, according to the MTA.
