JACKSON HEIGHTS, QUEENS — A Queens man with underlying health conditions died Wednesday after he tested positive for the new coronavirus and hospital doctors sent him home to self-isolate, according to news reports.

He died Wednesday just after asking his wife for some water, according to the New York Daily News; when she came back with the water, he was unresponsive.
