Second Baby Leg Found In NYC Sewage Plant: Report
The reported discovery of a second leg in a Bronx facility Thursday morning comes after police confirmed the first belonged to a newborn.

NEW YORK CITY — The second newborn baby's leg in as many days was discovered inside a Bronx sewage plant, according to a report.
The discovery was made Thursday about midnight at Hunts Point Water Treatment Control Plant on Ryawa Avenue, the New York Post first reported.
NYPD officials didn't have details on the second limb, but told Patch that potential human remains found at the same facility Wednesday were confirmed to be from a newborn.

The first leg — described as a human leg cut off at the knee with a foot attached — was spotted on a sewage conveyor belt by a Department of Environmental Protection worker, the Daily News reported.
The city's medical examiner will, as in the first case, determine where the second apparent human body part came from, the Post reported.
