NEW YORK CITY — The giving season has arrived. If you’re looking for a unique gift, it may reveal itself at holiday bazaars and art and craft fairs coming up in New York City.

Not only are these seasonal events a great place to find meaningful gifts and handcrafted items, but they’re also a great way to support local artists and small businesses in New York City.

Grand Central Terminal Holiday Fair

  • What: More than 35 local small businesses and artisan vendors will fill Grand Central’s Vanderbilt Hall alongside Grand Central Gift Shop and Uncommon Goods. With a rotating pop-up in the Biltmore Room and over 85 nearby shops and restaurants, the Holiday Fair offers a curated mix of handcrafted gifts, from home décor and jewelry to art, apparel, and fragrances.

  • When: Starting Nov. 10 and continuing through Dec. 24.

Markets for Makers Brooklyn Holiday Market

  • What: Shop from more than 90 independent makers, get creative at DIY stations, snap photos at curated backdrops, and enjoy local snacks and drinks while filling your free tote with finds from small businesses. Kids under 12 get in free, making it a perfect family-friendly outing.
  • Where: Industry City, 33 35th St., Brooklyn NY 11232
  • When: Nov. 22-23

Bryant Park Holiday Market

  • What: Bryant Park’s Holiday Shops and winter village return this season, transforming the park into a European-inspired winter market and winter village curated by Urbanspace. Nestled along the park’s paths and plazas, the custom-designed “jewel box” kiosks feature unique gifts, local crafts, and artisan treats from New York and beyond.

  • When: From Oct. 24 until spring

Upper West Side's Grand Holiday Bazaar

  • What: Grand Bazaar is one of New York City’s oldest and largest markets, featuring more than 150 local vendors selling vintage finds, antiques, clothing, and more. For the month of December, the Bazaar will be holiday themed.
  • Where: 77th Street and Columbus Avenue
  • When: Sundays during the month of December

Urbanspace Union Square Holiday Market

  • What: The Urbanspace Union Square Holiday Market returns for 2025 with more than 185 vendors offering gifts, crafts, and seasonal treats. Shoppers can enjoy new décor, festive murals, a holiday tree, and photo booths for capturing the holiday spirit.
  • Where: Union Square, New York, NY, 10003
  • When: Daily from Nov. 13 through Christmas Eve
