Instagram video posted on the Fourth of July shows a woman shooting fireworks at people standing outside a Brooklyn liquor store.

The Guardian Angels launched an Animal Protection program to help feral cat colonies in rat-infested neighborhoods around the city.

"I have a gun. If I see you here again I'll shoot you," one vendor said during the bloody fight, police said Thursday.

The 145th Street station will close on July 21 so crews can fix "critical" repairs to crumbling walls and deteriorating structural steel.

Therese Okoumou was arraigned on three misdemeanor charges after her Independence Day arrest.
