WATCH: A New Animated Marvel TV Show Is In The Works

The latest superhero TV series is in the works, according to Newsy.

A show based on the Marvel comic Deadpool is coming to FXX, the latest remake of the publishers cult heroes to take to the small screen.

It follows other Marvel adaptations including Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist, which were made for Netflix, Legion for FX and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D for ABC.

And the animated Deadpool series is just one comic book series set to premiere this year, including The Defenders on Netflix, Black Lightning on CW, Cloak Dagger on Freeform and Inhumans on ABC.
