Woman Found Dead Inside Car At JFK Airport Parking Lot

The woman has not been identified as of Friday afternoon

NEW YORK CITY — An elderly woman was found dead inside a car in a long-term parking lot at John F. Kennedy Airport on Thursday, police said.

Port Authority police officers found an 83-year-old woman inside a car in parking lot 9 near Aqueduct Road and Lefferts Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens around 2:10 p.m.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to police, the 83-year-old woman may have been in the car for at least the last two days.
