Woman Killed In Shooting Near NYC Migrant Shelter Identified: NYPD

NEW YORK CITY —A woman was shot and killed near a New York City migrant shelter Monday has been identified, police announced.
Sandra Serrano, 44, was fatally shot in the face and back at Randall's Island, Field 71, police said.
A 32-year-old man also suffered a gunshot wound to the throat, and a 31-year-old woman was shot in the back, police said.

The 44-year-old victim was transported to Harlem Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said.
The 32-year-old man and the 31-year-old woman were also transported to Harlem Hospital and are in stable condition.

No arrests have been made, and an investigation remains ongoing, police said.
There is currently a reward of up to $3,500 payable by Crime Stoppers for information in this incident.
