Woman Slashed During NYC Subway Robbery, NYPD Says
Police released surveillance images of the suspect on Thursday.

NEW YORK CITY — A 29-year-old woman was slashed on a New York City subway train in Lower Manhattan Wednesday night, police said.
The incident happened on a No. 3 train around 11 p.m. as it was pulling into the Wall Street station, police said.
The woman was approached by an unidentified man who displayed a knife and slashed the victim before taking her cellphone, police said.

Police released surveillance images of the suspect on Thursday.
The 29-year-old suffered injuries to her left arm, left elbow, hands, and back. She was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition.

The suspect fled the scene after the incident. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and a face covering.
No arrests have been made yet.
On Tuesday, a woman was stabbed inside the 23rd/8 Av. station in Manhattan, Patch previously reported.
