NEW YORK CITY —A 65-year-old woman stabbed multiples times after two individuals broke into her home Sunday night.
The victim was inside her apartment at Parsons Boulevard and Roosevelt Avenue in Flushing around 5:45 p.m. when two men barged in and attempted to rob her, police said.
The woman was stabbed with a sharp object, police said.

The suspects were unsuccessful with the robbery and fled the scene on foot.
The 65-year-old victim was transported to New York-Presbyterian Queens in stable condition.
