2 Men Charged in Druken Driving Incidents on Parkway
State Police: Rockland, Westchester residents stopped by troopers during early-morning hours.

A Rockland man and a Westchester man were arrested on drunken driving charges in separate incidents early today on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Clarkstown, according to State Police.
Police said troopers stopped Mukesh K. Jagota, 22, of Wesley Hills, at 1:47 a.m. today as he was heading northbound at Exit 10 in New City. Jagota was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and was released pending a hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.
At 3:54 a.m., troopers stopped Wilman O. Carias, 27, of West Harrison as he was traveling southbound on the parkway. Carias was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and was also released pending a Clarkstown Town Court hearing.
