The Clarkstown Town Board has accepted the resignations of two town police officers who are retiring.
The retirement of Police Officer Peter J. Aiston of New City was approved, retroactive to May 22, by the Town Board on Tuesday.
The board also approved the retirement of police Detective Robert J. Hoeneveld, retroactive to May 25.
