2 Woman Charged in Shoplifting Incidents
Arrests made at Target in West Nyack, Macy's in Nanuet.

Two woman have been charged in connection with shoplifting incidents at two separate stores, according to Clarkstown police.
Police said that Eric Froeder, 58, of Stony Point was charged with petty larceny at 9:30 p.m. on Satuday in connection with the theft of $59 worth of merchandise at the Target department store at Palisades Center mall in West Nyack. Froeder was released pending a Sept 13 Town Court hearing in New City.
On Sunday, Maria Ortiz, 39, of Monsey was charged with petty larceny at 4:40 p.m. at the Macy's department store at the Nanuet Mall in connection with the theft of two pairs of panties, valued at $14. Ortiz was released pending a Sept. 13 hearing in Town Court, police said.
