3 Men Charged with Drug Possession

Two Rockland men and a New York City man are accused of felony drug charges after they were stopped on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Clarkstown, according to State Police.

Police said the men were stopped about 10:22 p.m. Friday at the Exit 9 interchange on the parkway. All three men were being held pending arraignment in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.

Police said Danny Baez, 22, of Garnerville is accused of felony criminal possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Karlos Pena, 22, of West Haverstraw was also charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, police said.

Police also said Anthony O. Roberts of Brooklyn was charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
