On Saturday, September 8th, Clarkstown Supervisor Alex Gromack, an Eagle Scout, attended the Girl Scout Gold Award ceremony for Girl Scout Stephanie Duggan of Congers Duggan, a member of Girl Scout Troop 40123, constructed species identification displays for birds, animals, and flora along the Congers Lake Trailway for her Gold Award project.
