Arrest Made In December Sexual Assault Case In Rockland
A 22-year-old man was identified as a suspect and has been charged with two counts of first-degree rape, according to Haverstraw police.

HAVERSTRAW, NY — An arrest has been made in a rape reported late last year in Rockland County.
The Haverstraw Police Department says that it has arrested a 22-year-old man in connection to an alleged sexual assault reported in the Village of Haverstraw.
In late December, Haverstraw police officers responded to a report of a sexual assault. After an investigation, Brahyan CepinRodriguez was identified as a suspect and arrested last week by Haverstraw police.

He has been charged with two counts of first-degree rape and was arraigned in the Village of Haverstraw Justice Court.
Police say that the investigation is still ongoing.
