Supporters of state Sen.-elected David Carlucci recently gathered for a party to celebrate the Clarkstown town clerk's victory on the Nov. 2 election, in which he won the race to replace the late state Sen. Thomas Morahan. Carlucci, D-New City, is getting set for his move to his new Albany job in January. Clarkstown has not yet named a replacement for Carlucci in his town post.
