Haverstraw man admitted ransacking church, stealing cash, stereo gear.

A Haverstraw man will have two to four years in state prison to reflect on his decision to burglarize a Rockland church.
Anthony Mann, 41, of 10 Edgar St., Haverstraw, was sentenced Wednesday in Rockland County Court in New City by Judge William A. Kelly to a state prison term after pleading guilty to third-degree burglary.
District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe said that on June 5, 2005, Mann broke into the First Assembly Church in Thiells and ransacked the church. Zugibe said Mann stole several items including stereo speakers, a stereo receiver, a keyboard and petty cash.
