Clarkstown Gets a New Auxiliary Police Officer
Town resident sworn in to assist police department.

Clarkstown has a new auxiliary police officer: Lenore Congemi.
Congemi took an oath to protect and serve the people of Clarkstown last week at the Town Clerk's Office, and was sworn in by Town Clerk David Carlucci.
Congemi, owner of DecorDesigner in New City, is president of the New City Rotary Club. Congemi said she has long had an interest in law enforcement - especially since her father was a police officer. She said she learned about the auxiliary police program while participating in the Leadership Rockland business leadership program and decided to volunteer.
