Congers Resident Arrested For Driving With Suspended License

Clarkstown Police report drug test results pending for Congers man charged for driving with suspended license.

 

At a traffic stop on Saturday, Clarkstown Police stopped Kevin Mann, 27, of Congers at 11:30 a.m. on Lake Road. A  check showed his license had been suspended. Police gave him a field sobriety test which he failed.  

Mann was given a drug test, the results of which are pending. Mann is due to appear in Clarkstown Justice Court on November 19 on charges of driving while impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Both are misdemeanor charges.

Earlier Saturday at 3:55 a.m. police report finding Rodrick Ford, 23, sleeping behind the wheel of a 2012 Nissan on Route 59 in West Nyack.  Ford of Chestnut Ridge was given a field sobriety test which he failed. He took a breathalyzer test at police headquarters and failed it.  Ford is scheduled to appear in Clarkstown Justice Court on November 7 on driving while intoxicated charges.
