Early Dismissal on Friday For Clarkstown Schools
Students from kindergarten through 12th grade have an early release day and parents are reminded to contact their child's after-school provider

Friday, Jan. 11 is an Early Release Day for all Clarkstown kindergarten through 12th grade students. Dismissals begin at 10 a.m. starting with the high schools.
Clarkstown South High School students will dismissed at 10 a.m. The district will provide transportation for students who regularly ride a bus to and from school. Lunch will not be provided. Students will have Periods 5, 6, 7, and 8 only according to the following schedule.

- Warning Bell - 7:22 a.m.
- Period 5 - 7:25 to 8 a.m.
- Period 6 - 8:04 to 8:42 a.m.
- Period 7 - 8:46 to 9:21 a.m.
- Period 8 - 9:25 to 10 a.m.
Parent conferences will be held at South on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. or on Thursday, Feb. 7th from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Clarkstown North High School students will also be released at 10 a.m. Transportation will be provided but lunch will not be served. Students will have Periods 5, 6, 7, and 8 and follow a revised schedule.

- Period 5 - 7:25 to 8 a.m.
- Period 6 - 8:05 to 8:40 a.m.
- Period 7 - 8:45 to 9:20 a.m.
- Period 8 - 9:25 to 10 a.m.
North High School parent conferences will take place on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. or on Tuesday Feb. 5 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Elementary school early releases begin at 10:30 a.m. for students attending Congers, Laurel Plains, Link, New City, Strawtown, and Birchwood. Students will be released from the Bardonia, Lakewood, Little Tor, West Nyack, and Woodglen elementary schools at 11 a.m.
Bus transportation will be provided for all elementary students who normally ride a bus to and from school. There will not be a lunch period. Parents and guardians should check with their child’s after-school program provider about coverage for the half-day...
Felix Festa Middle School (FFMS) students will be released at 11:35 a.m. Transportation will be provided but lunch will not be served. FFMS parent conferences are scheduled for Friday from 12:30 to 3:10 p.m. or for Wednesday, Feb. 6th from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
Elementary school parent-teacher conferences will be held on Friday, April 12. The district will send out further information soon.
