Interfaith Symposium

An Interfaith Symposium with the Abrahamic Faiths - Judaism, Christianity, Islam - will be held on Oct. 14. The public is invited to a service of Evensong at Grace Episcopal Church in Nyack. The program is designed for Christians, Jews and Muslims to have an opportunity to gather as community to learn about different faiths and practices. 

It includes a brief lecture, introduction to the Evensong worship service and end with a chance to comment and ask questions. There will be a reception afterwards.

The Symposium is organized by Congregation Sons of Israel, First Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church, First Reformed Church of Nyack, Grace Episcopal Church, Islamic Center of Rockland, St. Ann's Catholic Church and Temple Beth Torah. It is the group's second Symposium.
