Hudson Valley law enforcement leaders will visit pre-kindergarten students at West Street Child Care Center on Thursday to read to children enrolled in the center’s early learning program and discuss the value of high-quality early childhood education as a highly effective way to prevent crime. Scarsdale Chief of Police John Brogan and Rockland County District Attorney Tom Zugibe will assist in building momentum for a year-long campaign for quality early education by Fight Crime: Invest in Kids New York.
