A teenager doing some chores needed help from the West Nyack Fire Department after getting stuck on a roof, police said. The 14-year-old was cleaning gutters on his house and apparently could not get down after getting up on the roof around 1:40 p.m. today on West Street in West Nyack. Police said volunteer firefighters were able to get the teen down from the roof without incident. The teen was not injured.
