Most participating chefs and restaurateurs use locally sourced ingredients in support of the region's farms, winemakers, distillers, artisanal producers and purveyors — so when you take advantage of Restaurant Week's great deals you're helping local businesses twice as they all work to recover from the coronavirus pandemic.
Restaurant X & The Bully Boy Bar in Congers and the Picanha Brazilian Steakhouse in West Nyack are taking part.
