Man Accused Of Breaking Into Impound Lot For Motorcycle
Police said he wanted to avoid the tow and storage fees.
STONY POINT, NY — A Bronx man faces charges in Stony Point connected to a break-in at an impound lot.
Police said Kevin Garcia Moscoso, 24, and three other people cut the lock to a tow impound gate and removed a motorcycle to avoid payment of $2,136 in tow and storage fees on June 19.
He was charged Tuesday with Conspiracy 5th & 6th, Criminal Mischief 4th, Petit Larceny and Possession of Burglar tools.

He is due back in Stony Point Justice Court on Oct. 17.
