An Albany man is accused of shoplifting at a store in the Palisades Center mall in West Nyack, according to Clarkstown police.
Police said Roberto Torres, 38, was charged Thursday with petty larceny in connection with the theft of $58 worth of cologne from the Sephora store.
Torres was released pending a hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City, police said.
