There was a four-kid back-up at the slushy machine Wednesday during a quick spot check of the new 7-Eleven store on Main Street in New City. The store, in progress for the last few months, is now open on Main Street in the shopping center at the corner of Congers Road, opposite the Rockland County Courthouse. The 7-Eleven fills the storefront that was long home to the Neisner's II mens and boys clothing store.
