A Stony Point man is accused of marijuana possession and driving without a license on Route 303 in Orangetown, according to State Police. Police said Michael A. Dizzine, 27, was stopped about 2 a.m. Wednesday while driving northbound. He was accused of illegal possession of marijuana, a violation, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, police said. He was released pending a hearing in Orangetown Town Court in Orangeburg.
