Rockland Community College has appointed Susan Bello to the administrative position of Coordinator of Assessment. Bello is responsible for the development, promotion, coordination and implementation of the college-wide Assessment Plan, according to RCC. Bello, a resident of Vernon, N.J., was the director of Assessment at Georgia College and State University since July 2008, and from 1996 – 2008, served as associate dean of Academic Affairs, Institutional Research, at Nassau Community College in Garden City. Bello earned her Master of Arts degree in Higher and Adult Administration at Teacher's College, Columbia University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
