Sleeping Woman Raped While On The Couch At Home With Her Boyfriend: Police
A 31-year-old tenant at the home was charged with felony first-degree rape, according to Spring Valley police.

SPRING VALLEY, NY — A Rockland County man has been arrested in connection to a brazen sexual assault inside a Hudson Valley home.
The Spring Valley Police Department says that on Saturday, around 5:45 a.m., patrol officers responded to a home on South Madison Ave., after receiving a report of a fight in progress.
Once at the scene, officers spoke with a woman who said that while she was asleep on the couch with her boyfriend, a male tenant sexually assaulted her.

When the victim and her boyfriend woke up, the suspect fled the home, according to the couple.
The victim's boyfriend ran after the suspect but was unable to apprehend him, according to police. Soon after, the suspect returned to the scene, according to cops. Police were then contacted and the suspect was taken into custody.

Police identified the suspect as 21-year-old Klever Roldan-Auquilla. He was arrested and charged with felony first-degree rape.
Roldan-Auquilla was arraigned in the Village of Spring Valley Justice Court and bail was set. He was then remanded to the Rockland County Jail.
