Clarksown Town Clerk David Carlucci brought more than 100 American flags to Leo Laders American Legion Post 130 for an American flag retirement ceremony Saturday. All unserviceable American flags were properly and respectfully retired in a special Flag Retirement Ceremony. Carlucci has been sponsoring an on going flag collection program at the Town Clerk's Office, 10 Maple Ave., New City.  This program has allowed hundreds of flags to be retired in the proper manner.
