Troopers: 2 Men Accused of Drunken Driving
Piermont man, Pearl River man charged in separate incidents.

Two men have been accused of drunken driving in incidents in Clarkstown and Orangetown, according to State Police.
Police said James R. Keahon, 21, of Pearl River, was stopped on Route 304 while heading southbound in Orangetown at 3:08 a.m. Saturday. He was accused of driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
Keahon was released pending a hearing in Orangetown Town Court in Orangeburg, police said.

Police also said Ralph A. Quinones, 44, of Piermont was stopped on Route 59 while traveling eastbound 9:09 p.m. Friday. Quinones was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, police said.
Quinones was released pending a hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.
