An Orangeburg woman is accused of shoplifting at the Target store in West Nyack, according to Clarkstown police. Police said Carol McLimurray, 29, was arrested on larceny charges Wednesday in connection with the theft of $88 worth of health and beauty products from the Target store at Palisades Center Mall. McLimmurray, police said, was released pending a hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City on Aug. 18.
