Woman Charged in Early-Morning DWI on Route 59
Police: Driver ran over curb, had pills, marijuana in car.

An Airmont woman is accused of drunken driving after she ran over a curb on Route 59 this morning, according to Clarkstown police.
Police said Danielle Jackson, 25, of Airmont was stopped after running over the curb and driving without her headlights on at 5:03 a.m. in Central Nyack. After being questioned by police, Jackson was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with her ability impaired by drugs and illegal possession of marijuana.
Jackson was being processed at Clarkstown Police Headquarters in New City this morning and was expected to be released pending a Town Court hearing in New City.
