NORTH NEW HYDE PARK, NY — A top-prize lottery ticket was sold in North New Hyde Park for the Sept. 10 PICK 10 drawing, and is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The winning ticket was sold at Lakeville Stationery on Lakeville Road in North New Hyde Park. The winning numbers for the PICK 10 are drawn from a field of one to 80. To win the jackpot, players must match the ten numbers on their ticket to ten of the winning 20 numbers drawn. According to the New York Lottery, the odds of that are 1 in 8,911,711.
The ticket is worth $500,000.
