Are you caring for a loved one—a spouse, a parent, or a sibling? You are not alone. Whether your loved one is home alone, living with you, or in a facility, if you share some responsibility or concern for their care, you are considered a caregiver.
Join us for a monthly caregiver support group at the JCCMW facilitated by Sarah Lieberman, LMSW, social worker at Westchester Jewish Community Services. Sarah has many years of experience supporting caregivers and it is her hope to create a safe, confidential space to share stories and trade information and resources among group participants.
