The Hudson Valley offers a dozen interesting events this weekend.

It’s going to be an exciting weekend, with interesting events planned throughout the Hudson Valley.

Here are 12 events you may not want to miss.

June 3: Fire engine fans take note. The Annual Pleasantville Volunteer Fire Department Parade takes place at 7 p.m. Friday. The parade route starts at Bedford Road and Romer Avenue and will proceed to Memorial Plaza, Manville Road, Grove Street, and Edgewood Avenue, ending at the Washington Avenue firehouse. June 3, 4 and 5. This weekend is the last chance to catch The Instant As Image: Moments of Action in Photography exhibit at the Neuberger Museum of Art, 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase. The exhibit features photographs that capture movement and includes work by Edward Steichen and Andy Warhol. The exhibit is open from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is $5, $3 for students and seniors.

June 3, 4, and 5: The pages of Country Living magazine come to life at The Country Living Fair in Rhinebeck. The fair features antiques, artisans, art, furniture, and home decor Tickets can be purchased online now and at the fair box office all the days of the fair. A one-day ticket is $16; a weekend pass is $20; children under 16 are free if accompanied by an adult. June 3, 4, and 5. The Mountain Jam Music Festival will feature 40 bands on three stages, including Beck, Wilco, Avett Brothers, Gov't Mule, and Umphrey's McGee. The festival is located Hunter Mountain, 84 Klein Ave., Hunter. For info and tickets visit www.mountainjam.com

June 3, 4 and 5: Get ready to be dazzled. Historic Hudson Valley will present Lightscapes, a multisensory art and light exhibition, at Van Cortlandt Manor on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening. Advance tickets are required.

June 3, 4 and 5: Boscobel House and Gardens presents Hudson Hewn: New York Furniture Now, an exhibit of works by contemporary artisans who draw inspiration from bygone eras as well as nature. Some of the artists live in Salt Point, Ulster Park, Woodstock, Kingston, and Shokan. The exhibit is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays through August 14, 2016. Boscobel is located at 601 NY-9D in Garrison.

June 4: The Putnam Secret Garden Tour offers a chance to visit the county’s private homes and enjoy their flowering gardens. The event, which includes admission to Boscobel Gardens in Garrison and Stonecrop Gardens in Cold Spring, is a benefit for children and adults with developmental disabilities. June 4: Saturday is National Trails Day. The Putnam County Land Trust will celebrate National Trails Day with a Walk in the Woods with naturalist Jim Nordgren. The walk takes place in the Dextra Baldwin McGonagle Preserve, starting at 1:30 p.m. at 35 Abbeyfield Lane in Patterson.

June 5: Free musique in Newburgh. The Newburgh Public Library will present “Musique de la Tour/Tower Music,” a concert of music using the sounds of the Eiffel Tower at 2 p.m. Sunday in the auditorium.

June 5: Up for a bike challenge? The Annual Ride the Ridge Bike Challenge invites riders of all ages to take part in one of four road rides: 50-mile Shawangunk Ridge Ride; 30-mile Countryside Ride; 11-mile Scenic Ride; and 5-mile Family Ride through the back roads and neighborhoods of Stone Ridge. June 5: Nanuet’s Annual Street Fair takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Main Street. The fair features old-fashioned family games, entertainment, food, kids’ rides and vendors.

June 5: Kingston’s Fourth Annual Multicultural Festival takes place from 1 to 5 p.m. at R. Gallo West Strand Park in Kingston. The festival features live ethnic music and dance, multicultural handicrafts, children’s activities, food and drinks. Kids’ activities will include arts and crafts, games, singing, and storytelling.
