HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Catching a ride to the house that Ruth built this weekend just got a little easier — as usual, when the Red Sox invade, an informal, unenforced dress code will be in effect.

One of the most famous rivalries in sports returns to Yankee Stadium this weekend, and Metro-North announced that it will be marking the series by adding service to help fans cheer on the Bronx Bombers as they take on the Boston Red Sox for games on Friday at 7:05 p.m., Saturday at 7:15 p.m. and Sunday at 1:35 p.m.

The extra trains will run on the Hudson, Harlem and New Haven lines, while the regularly scheduled Hudson line trains will make extra stops at Yankees-E 153rd St.
