Hotel NoMa to Celebrate Its 50th Anniversary With Party on April 12
Hotel NoMa Hosts 50th Anniversary Giveaway: Offering the Chance for One Lucky Couple to Win a Party For Up To 100 Guests
In honor of its 50th anniversary, Hotel NoMa will be hosting a giant party – One Night 50 Years – on Saturday, April 12, 2025, featuring a fabulous night of music, dancing and dining. Starting at 7:00 pm, this unforgettable celebration will take place on two floors – in NoMa Social, the Hotel’s stunning restaurant/lounge, and in its grand ballroom located at 1 Radisson Plaza in New Rochelle, NY.
Partygoers can dance the night away to a choice of exciting music. On the Mainstage, Internet comedic sensation “The Raging Italian” will host, along with Hot 97 DJ Camilo, DJ Johnny Rocks, DJ Precise and DJ Serg each energizing the room. The Empire Room Stage and Downstairs Ballroom will present a stellar live Latin music performance by Johnny Mambo & Friends. Dinner and late-night menus will feature NoMa Social’s delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes and tapas as well as creative cocktails.
Located in the heart of New Rochelle’s vibrant downtown, the family-owned and operated hotel was established in 1975. It was rebranded as Hotel NoMa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in 2023 – with the name referring to "North of Manhattan.” The property has the distinction of being Wyndham brand’s first boutique property in Lower Westchester and the only full-service hotel between Manhattan and White Plains.

Hotel NoMa offers elegant spaces for large events or smaller gatherings, sweeping views of the Long Island Sound and luxuriously renovated rooms. NoMa Social, its buzzy restaurant and lounge, has become a destination of choice for foodies and fun lovers. The personal touch and attention to detail is apparent in every aspect of the Hotel NoMa experience.
“We call it a ‘retro-imagined’ hotel,” said property manager Colby Brock, who oversaw the hotel’s $2 million makeover. Colby’s grandfather, Herb Brock, along with her father, Peter Brock, founded the hotel, and she has worked there in various positions, along with other establishments, since age 18. In addition to having a degree in psychology, Colby earned a master’s in interior design, giving her a unique range of skills in the hospitality business.

“Be good to your properties, and they will be good to you” is her family’s core philosophy explained Colby. “At Hotel NoMa, our investment in the property and our dedicated team has resulted in our continued relevancy and long-term success spanning five decades. Yet as much as we’re passionate about updating décor, amenities and technology, we also hold fast to our traditional family values. We are devoted to exceeding guest expectations with impeccable service, chic furnishings and a culinary excellence,” she noted.
Westchester County Executive, Ken Jenkins said, “Hotel NoMa has been a staple of Westchester County’s hospitality industry for 50 years, showcasing the dedication and innovation that make our business community thrive. We’ve hosted Mick Jagger, Alicia Keys, Chris Cornell, Joe Namath, Sarah Jessica Parker, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Mary J Blige, Vivica A. Fox, Brenda K Starr, Kevin Dillon, Chazz Palminteri’s band and so many others over the years. Now, it’s time to celebrate these past five decades while making many new memories at our 50th Anniversary Party!”

In celebration of Hotel NoMa’s 50th Anniversary, the hotel is also launching its "Memories" Giveaway, an exciting promotion designed to honor the countless love stories that have unfolded within the iconic New Rochelle venue over the past five decades. The Hotel is giving away a complimentary party for up to 100 guests to one lucky couple who met their significant other or got married at Hotel NoMa. To enter, couples should email their love story in 500 words or less to newrochellehotel@gmail.com by April 15, 2025. The selected winner will receive a celebration for up to 100 guests with the Hotel’s Silver Party Package (alcohol not included), which must be used by April 15, 2026. No purchase necessary and the winner will be notified via email by April 25, 2025.
