Hutch Ramp Will Close For At Least 5 Weeks Beginning Monday

The ramp from the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound to Exit 9A (Mill Road) in New Rochelle will remain closed until mid-February.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Hutchinson River Parkway ramp to Mill Road will be closed until after Valentine's Day, according to the NYSDOT.

The New York State Department of Transportation said the ramp from the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound to Exit 9A (Mill Road) in New Rochelle will be closed from 10 a.m. on Monday, January 8, through 2 p.m. on Friday, February 16, for a water main installation project, weather permitting.

Motorists are urged to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
