Schools are already making the call to dismiss classes early as road conditions are expected to decline throughout the afternoon.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Hazardous weather conditions, including projected snowfall and the possibility of slippery roads, have prompted some school districts to alter their schedules for Friday.
