Police: New Rochelle Man Charged After Punching Store Window

Angry after being kicked out of a White Plains bar early Saturday morning, police said a New Rochelle man earned a felony charge for punching through a store window.
An officer on patrol along Mamaroneck Avenue said he spotted Nicholas Milline, 25, use his left hand to punch through a front window at Sam Ash Music Store, shattering it, at about 3:25 a.m. Milline, who lives at 81 Winthrop Ave., was hospitalized for a large gash in his hand, but was later charged with felony criminal mischief.
According to police, Milline said he punched the window at 178 Mamaroneck Avenue because he was upset after being kicked out of the nearby .

After receiving five stitches in his hand, Milline was returned to police headquarters at about 5:35 a.m. where he was booked and held without bail.
