WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — A tractor-trailer stuck in the median blocked all southbound lanes on the Taconic.

According to the New York State Police, all lanes were closed on the Taconic State Parkway Southbound at mile marker 10, in New Castle, because the "unauthorized tractor trailer" got stuck in the median, blocking athe lanes.

Traffic was passing slowly on the shoulder, according to officials, who advised avoiding the area entirely, if possible.
