Spring 2025 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week Is Right Around The Corner

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Spring is officially here and that means it's time to start planning which eateries to visit during Spring 2025 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.

Around 127 restaurants in eight counties — Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess and Greene counties — are participating in this celebration of the local culinary scene.

The complete list of restaurants and menus is live now. Diners can browse the list, choose what whets their appetite and make reservations.

For two weeks — from March 31 to April 13 — the Hudson Valley will be celebrating restaurant dining with delicious, creative dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients.

Prix-fixe lunches and dinners will be offered at $24.95, $29.95, 39.95 or $44.95. Prices do not include tax, beverages or gratuity.

Just in time for Spring 2025 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, The Valley Table magazine announced that it is is officially changing its name to HUDSON VALLEY TABLE, which they believe "better reflects the magazine's deep connection to the rich agricultural, culinary, and dining communities across the 10 counties it covers."

"As we evolve into HUDSON VALLEY TABLE, our mission remains the same — to celebrate the stories, flavors, and people that make this region a world-class food destination," said Lauren Buerger, Associate Publisher, HUDSON VALLEY TABLE. The new restaurants joining the spring 2025 roster include: Brooklyn Organic Kitchen, Mahopac; The Salt Line Hudson Valley, Poughkeepsie; Klocke Estate, Hudson; Edgewood Restaurant + Bar, Kingston; Willa, Millerton; Stewart House Hotel & 1883 Tavern, Athens; Scalini Osteria, Bronxville, and several more.

Among the sponsors of Spring 2025 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week are Dutchess County Tourism, Orange County Tourism, Putnam County Tourism, Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association, Westchester County Tourism, Manhattan Beer, Pamal Broadcasting, and Resorts World Catskills.
