New Rochelle Thanksgiving Parade
Show your New Rochelle Pride at the New Rochelle Thanksgiving Parade! Volunteers are needed to hold balloons and march along the parade route, carry banners, distribute hot chocolate, set-up and clean-up the parade stations, and more. This is a perfect opportunity for families, groups of friends, and coworkers. Volunteers must be 16+.
Date: Nov. 18 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Data Entry & Administrative Support Volunteer
Friendly, organized, and computer-savvy volunteers are needed to assist with data entry and administrative tasks to support the Head Start program. Using Excel and other software, this volunteer will assist with keeping track of in-kind donations and volunteer service hours. Volunteers will complete their service once per week during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.) and they must have a minimum education level of high school or equivalent. This opportunity is for volunteers age 18+ only.

Insurance Professional Volunteer
This volunteer will work alongside the food pantry's insurance broker to make sure that its insurance policies are adequate for its needs. This professional should have insurance experience (ideally for nonprofits) and will also assist with requesting certificates of insurance as needed. This is a great opportunity for professionals 18+ who want to give back to their community.
