  1. The Northforker writes about Mattituck antique shop In the Attic Too's move to a new retail spot on Main Road. The shop will be in the NoFo Center. (Northforker)
  2. Patch reports that Southold Town is weighing whether or not to acquire another former bank building for more government space. The building is at 1400 Youngs Ave. in Southold.
  3. Looking for a house with a heated pool? From Orient, at $1.44 million, to Mattituck, at $1.8 million, the Northforker has found some options. (Northforker)
  4. Lisa Finn talks to the new owner of the former Peconic Bay Winery in Cutchogue. Stacey and Stefan Soloviev are planning a 40-room boutique hotel, a spa, and an "immersion" into local wine and products experience. (Patch)
  5. Across the East End, Community Preservation Funds (CPF) for the first three quarters of 2021 for the five East End towns are 87.6% more than they were for the same months of 2020. Shelter Island leads the increase, while Southold saw a 58.6% increase and Riverhead 51.4%.(Shelter Island Reporter)
