  1. The Northforker has a tale of a spooky old house in Orient. The Terry-Mulford House is a 7,000-square-foot estate, one of the oldest homes on Long Island. The historic home has tons of intact details and will now be available to be rented for summers after a renovation. (Northforker)
  2. To honor the anniversary of Eleanor ‘Ellie’ Skwara’s passing, her great-granddaughter Jordyn Kollen and her peers from the Girl Scout Troop #731 in Southold donated a set of handcrafted benches and planter boxes in Peconic Landing last week. (Suffolk Times)
