Local Culinary Expert to Sign Her New Cookbook at Saturday Celebration
Paula Croteau will be on hand at Croteaux Vineyards in Southold tomorrow to sign copies of her new cookbook.

Southold resident and culinary teacher Paula Croteau will be on hand Saturday to sign copies of her new cookbook, "Farmhouse Kitchen Favorites," in advance of its release on Nov. 1. The event will take place at the site of Paula's farmhouse kitchen, where she offers cooking classes in an intimate setting, and on the grounds of Croteaux Vineyards, owned and operated by Paula and her husband, Michael.
The event will take place from noon to 4 p.m. at the couple's tasting barn at 1450 South Harbor Road, in Southold. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet Paula and purchase a signed copy of her book while enjoying Croteaux's newest release, the 2010 Rose Nouveaux and light country fare prepared by Paula.
The field-fresh Nouveaux, which the Croteaus say is perfect for the holiday season, features a fresh blend of black cherry, pomegranate and tea leaves.
